    Yellow script confusion..

    This may come across as a stupid question but I'm unsure where to unlock yellow gathering and crafting scripts?

    I'm able to collect them but I can't see anywhere where I am actually able to spend them.

    I'm able to spend my red scripts at the script exchange, exchange them for blue scripts etc but no where do I see an option to spend my yellow scripts, I'm unsure if I'm missing a quest to 'unlock' the shop or if I'm just an idiot and they're right infront of my face?
