What NA servers are least populated?

Coming back to the game zalera was fairly low when i played (house available pretty much everywhere) has now pretty much 0 availability on most things and I was just looking for a server where stuff like that would still be able to be bought.

I would say any of the prefered. Unfortunately right now the only way to get a house is if someone willingly gave it up as the auto-demo has been off on the NA servers since like September of last year. It's either that or you find one that's free even if it's not the size or location you'd want as you can relocate later.

Sadly, people have been preemptively buying houses because we will soon be able to move around the servers in our data centers. That means that everyone on Balmung or Mateus that wanted a house went to smaller servers like Zalera. The sad thing is, when I bought my house on Zalera in late December there was about fifty empty small houses. On Midgard there was just as much until recently. But auto demolition is coming back sometime soon, so just keep an eye on open plots and perhaps join a discord that is dedicated to finding empty plots. Good luck.
