I really hope that this is sarcasm. Because I adamantly disagree that anyone outside of the BA group that is actively killing Ozma deserve to get the same achievement while they stand around AFK at the Bunny FATE or the town Aetheryte doing nothing.

They tried something new, parts of it succeeded, parts of it failed.
Rather than success, to me it is utterly fail. Why ? Because it is MMO. Thus even for experiment, they need to keep in mind about that. For example, we have diadem. In diadem, whenever there is emergency mission, all players in area can go in without restriction (albeit limited time). Why not make it BA like that ? In addition, make BA another instance thus the instance not hogging 48 or 56 hydatos player space (if you die level down and throw out to kugane directly).
Ps: I believe for community itself, this is not I expect to get (from live letter). What I expect to get, you can get in BA from hydatos but each BA instance is limited to 56 player (and it is cross eureka instance).
BC the one time i managed to get to Raiden after half our groups died the game already had a hard time here... i dont think the game could handle so many players on ONE boss.
But still im shocked how some ppl just cant relate to ppl not wanting to deal with Discord or smt.... *sigh*

People don't know how to take criticism anymore, and bad play is rewarded with with a coddling mentality. Yes, this is a casual game for the most part - that doesn't mean people need to walk on eggshells in fear of getting reported for pointing out things. This whole 'please don't say anything even slightly negative' mentality that we seem to be going towards and the devs seemingly pushing towards it is creating a disturbing trend.
it is kind of strange to me how if you try to do BA with the people inside the instance you get like maybe 3-6 people
organized group manages to get into an instance all of a sudden everyone wants it
and then there's a bunch of people who just queue around looking for organized groups so they can take a portal shout something like "because i can" and then immediately leave
if you only read the forums instead of actually experience it you'd think all 144 people want to form pug groups and slowly get individually better at BA
in practice almost no one wants BA unless they think they can get some free loot without putting in any effort and the fact that the amount of people that spend a lot of their own time just to ruin someone else's effort is more than just one deranged psychopath is kind of disturbing
In my experience playing various MMO's on different regions the main difference is the pug players. The people that organize groups are largely the same while the pug players in Japan practice like crazy so they don't fail in a group while every other region the pug players almost have an attitude of "I'm entitled to everything for just being here, the organized people are just elitists trying to ruin the game for me!"
BA is actually a good example of that. The discord for organizing groups is free for everyone, the only rule is basically "be kind" and it's full of people that are done with BA just going back to help people they don't even know progress and get clears. Yet on the forums you'll find post after post of "Bunch of elitists looking down on us think we're not good enough to play with them"
The Baldesion grouping system is very bad and not fun at all. Please fix SE.
Premade parties have a hard time getting into the same Eureka instance and then sometimes hard time getting into the dungeon because of portal snipers. The requirements for priority items are retarded: takes like a week to get one when people are running the dungeon multiple times a day, a massive inbalance and not worth the effort. Then if someone snipes a portal, we can't even change jobs inside the dungeon so you might end up with unworkable party setups. Then you have the support fate with even fewer portals available for instant entry, which increases the likelihood of recruiting unprepared snipers for the hardest part of the dungeon and wiping the run for the other 48 people. There's also not enough instances to accommodate everyone who wants to run so peak hours are a mess.
I thought the "difficulty entry" meant something other than combating every game system in place. If you want us to "communicate and organize", then please let us. These systems are a massive pain to work with.
If content doesn't inspire people to work together then it's the design that has failed. 24 man raids do just fine in getting a big group of total strangers to co-operate and teach each other.

24 man raids for the most part only work because they're queueable in duty finder. The primary botch I see on BA is the way they chose to implement entrance with the whole scattered random portals thing. Aside from that it's just a higher chance of getting a random idiot because the player count is higher. However its a risk on any duty even with premades unless you only invite people you know specifically beforehand. I still see instances of titan EX where all but myself and 1 other person get launched off the platform on the first landslide.
