Stuck at now loading screen.

I have done all of this and I am still stuck at the now loading screen. The 1st time I tried the game just closed after about 3 minutes of loading, then it was just sitting there. Now it will sit for a few seconds and I get an error stating "An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV" https://imgur.com/Gigz5nZ < link to error

Note: I can log into all of my other characters on other worlds and data centers with no problems
Note: When I try to teleport to Orthard The Azim Steppe I get the error from the picture.
