    Spell Glamour, visual alternation (something like summoner lvl 50 has for pets)

    Hello,

    with more versions of basic spells for example:
    Stone (I, II, III, IV),
    Malefic (I, II, III, IV),
    others which have more variations (levels),
    would it be possible to choose which one's visual effect the caster will be using?

    Imagine level 50-70 class, for example WHM,
    who doesn't like Stone I and Stone IV,
    but loves how Stone III looks.

    Stone I acquired at level 1
    Stone II acquired at level 18
    Stone III acquired at level 54
    Stone IV acquired at level 64

    So this WHM level 65 would still be casting the highest possible Stone's damage.
    In this case Stone IV, it's damage properties, it's cast/recast properties, it's mana requirements, but the visual effect would be Stone III.

    So any Stone rank? allowed by surroundings, dungeon level, synced, unsynsed,
    would in his/her's case look like Stone III.

    Synced in level 16 duty/fate s/he would be casting Stone I properties,
    but looking like Stone III.
    Synced in level 20 duty/fate it would be Stone II, but appearance from Stone III.
    Synced in level 64 duty/fate it would be Stone IV, but appearance from Stone III.

    Which ever Stone version/rank s/he choose via some UI menu
    or even command/console would be acceptable,
    would be used when casting Stone spell.

    Something like the summoner job already has for his/her's pet's appearance.

    I'm not sure if glamming actual spells/actions are possible or even how easy it is. With SMN you are only putting glamour on the pet and not on the actual actions, e.g. Wind Blade, Burning Cyclone etc still have the exact same visual animations regardless of whether it's an Egi or Carby using it.

    I want this personally because I dont like the heated shot animations and broil 2, so having the option to change the animations around would be great, even if it was just client side.

    I don't think the game can already do this but I don't think it would be too hard.
    Afterall we're just changing which animation is used.

    I would 100% be ok with this is Summoner Animations could be changed to animations that had Primal animations so it felt more Summoner. Don't change the gameplay cuz that would be like making an entirely new job, just make it look more like summons are being used. Think Yuna from Dissidia.
