    When did this issue start occurring and what platform are you trying to access the website and game on? Were any changes to the network at all?

    It started yesterday, I've tried to access game from both PS4 and PC. There were no changes to a network, PS4 is connected to a wi-fi, but PC has wired connection to a same router. If this was a problem on an ISP side, then it's strange that there is also errors on http checkers online.

    If you are experiencing this issue on all of your devices, but not while using your mobile data, it sounds like there is an issue along your route to the server as well as Square Enix related websites.

    In this scenario, i'd recommend contacting your ISP and explain the issues you are experiencing.
