    Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Are you connected directly to the router or are you connected via WIFI? Additionally what have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

    Thanks for the response.
    Currently both PS4s I am normally playing on (one when I am at home and other when I am at the studio) are connected to internet via Wifi.
    All I have done so far at my own PS4 is rebooting my router.
    Will also try seeing if I get the same error message at the studio console today.
