Hello, I'm Zolvolt was a part of the first ozma clear on primal and have a few repeat kills under my belt, for context on where my PoV is coming from.
Before the big wave of players hit 60 getting a full premade into BA was easy but now its quite difficult. Getting your players in is hard enough but most of the time groups are waiting for the group before them to get out of BA first. Square clearly underestimated that level of organization players are going to go through to get clears of this place and the systems in place don't cater to that. Additionally, players don't want to reprogress or risk bringing in a new player to mess up meteors on ozma so premades become very volatile and toxic towards players that enter a public dungeon that they have premades set up to enter. This is because new players risk the whole dungeon and holding their hand all the way through is something many players will simply not do or want to put up with.
I think this is a problem because one of two things.
1.) Eureka instances and by extension Baldescion Arsenal is not set up to allow premades to go in easily. You are always conflicting with others. Premades are your BEST chance at clearing BA too so going in solo is detrimental to the end goal. But going in as a premade is a huge PITA.
2.) You can go into BA as a full premade group. This largely kills the ability for this dungeon to be, well a public dungeon. Its counter intuitive to the very design goal of the dungeon. Being able to form premades at all and game the system to get them in has created a "us" and "them" social structure that the content was not designed around.
So we need fixes, either premades need to be killed or premades need to be accommodated for and honestly I think killing the premades might be the best way to go considering how volatile this "us" vs. "them" mentality is that BA has cultivated. The only way to really alleviate that and keep premades is to allow premades a private instance in my eyes. Anyways I'd love to hear from anyone else who has views on this. I think its a very important topic of discussion for exploratory missions both now and in the future.
