The learning bug that was recently patched pretty much confirmed that you can learn Condensed Libra (or Triple Hit?) and Magic Hammer from the Arena Scribe and Epilogi fights. Maybe they'll add more stages with Alexander abilities like the way you could learn High Voltage from one of the Carnival fights.

Here hoping for that, more ways to learn on your own if skilled at Blu is better than so many forced dfs especially for late comers, Azulmagia should've used the primal skills seen in the cutscene in its fight, but these should have a lower learn rate than getting it from the trials/duties they are from incentivise group play but don't lock it behind group play etc
