NO. There are so many bads that have all the spells and don't know to put them on their bar and use them. Imagine if those kind of people showed up in df with most of their spell book missing.

I mean... If by your own admission, people aren't putting skills onto their bar and/or using them on normal jobs anyway...

This. I've had people turn up in vault with no soul crystal spamming shield lob. Idiots will find a way to mess up even the simplest of things. Better not have rotations, the samurais Ive had in past ex roulletes don't know how to do them
