    As it is now you do need a certain number of BLU spell to get walaquee totems for others. So its kind of the same thing as it is now. Your version just makes it more specific, but the concept is the same in its more basic form: "get x number and receive y" I'm not disagreeing. Just pointing out a version of it already exists.


    Hence the original post you quoted, where I talk about how hollow it all feels. "Attempts were made" and if the issue was "people will be under-skilled" things like the standard "do quest; get skill" or your version would've solved the problem.
