If a BLU joined a PF, there is no way of telling what skills they have until it's too late and a waste of time.

I already have to worry if players know fights. I dont want to add to that.

Give them job quests spells that are the only spells used in main content and call it a day imo.

This was a prerogative that SE could've avoided. Many people through the rumors and hopes of adding BLU all pointed to how SE could've added some flavor job quests that would basically pit you vs the mob/monster/instance fight that would lead you to the acquisition of skills, but instead we got a rather "hollow" job experience in favor of a form of customization that didn't lead anywhere outside of reviving old areas for a few weeks.


BLU being a limited job to be used in old areas wasn't an bad concept.
BLU being a very OP job with a power fantasy in old content wasn't a bad concept.


The problem is that that concept never really came to fruition. BLU:Isn't used in old areas and Doesn't achieve any power fantasy.


And while it ended up being a job with its own mini-game. I doubt they will ever make it a "full job", because they rarely accept mistakes.
