Game force closing to desktop with no error message

The game is force closing to the desktop now. Issue did not occur since the hotfix was implemented the other day. Is this issue happening to anyone else? The game will just close unexpectedly with no error messages.

How long has this been occurring? LanierRida, have there been any changes been made to the PC such as updates? Also please provide a system report by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
