Unintentionally deleted item

I was doing some lequest for my relic weapon, and taking items from the inventory and inadvertently deleted 3 Mullodeis coin.
Is there any way to get back?

not unless you use your once in a lifetime item restore call to the GM's. If i were you i would just eat it and be more careful next time. 3 weeks down the drain but you'll get more later.
