Hydatos NM'S

Ceto's spawn seems to be really odd. I just saw him for the first time last night, after doing at least a full run each day since release. On a few of those eves multiple parties killed hundreds of the snake ladies to pop him(?... It?) Left mobs, PW, and even King were popped during this. Still no Ceto.

The Lion is pretty rare also, but I think it's because no one bothers to pop him as he drops no claw or horn.

I've seen PW being popped in all weather conditions, and with various other fates cleared/not cleared. It seems that it's mostly raw numbers of claws that have to die to make him come out to play. 300 seems to be the guess.

We really could use a theory craft thread to try and zero in on conditions, or at least eliminate bad assumptions (Like PW needing weather)

After a couple instances with 560+ claws killed, every other NM spawned at least once, multiple ovni, every weather condition seen and several alternate spawn conditions from other zones met, I have absolutely no idea how PW actually spawns, but I hate this zone.
