Missing certain assets from Eureka

Since Hydatos came in, I have been unable to actually see the models for (I think) about half of the Hydatos items, including Shatotto's staff and the new weapons. Their icon is just a grey box and if I preview the item it won't load my character model at all - I'm not running mods and it happens in both DX9 and 11, so I suspect I am somehow missing a handful of files from the patch or something...

My question: Is there some sort of repair tool or a way to re-download 4.55, or do I need to do a full reinstall? I really don't want to reinstall because it takes all night on my awful Australian internet, but I will if I have to o.o

It happens everywhere, I haven't been in Eureka much at all, let alone left Anemos. Here's a screenshot of me in one of the hydatos chest pieces someone linked, as you can see I have no image for the icon or texture for the outfit, the same thing happens with weapons, be they hydatos relics or Shantotto's staff (I thought I had a screenshot of me holding the staff but I can't find it, but it just shows me in a staff-holding animation grasping empty air). It's not crippling, I don't play Eureka in any case, but it is off putting :P

Were any changes made to the graphics settings ? What have you tried so far to resolve the issue? Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Aside from swapping between Dx9 and 11, I have not changed any settings. I am assuming a full reinstall will fix it, but that is a process that takes nearly 24 hours for me so I'm just trying to find out if there is an easy way (or any way) to reinstall the last patch, since that is the one I am missing textures from.

Going by a couple of posts that have turned up here and on reddit I think the reinstall is the way to go :P Will post if it works

If the reinstallation doesn't work, you may want to try updating your graphics drivers. They look to be a bit out of date.

Updated graphics drivers (thanks for that, I had managed to never even check that o.o) and reinstalled, everything works as intended! I can see my litmus test Shantotto's staff and all the Eureka gear is showing up normally to me
