Disconnected (90002) in Pagos, Cannot Re-enter on Character

My wife and I were in Pagos at around 5pm PT yesterday, she got DC'd from the instance (90002 error code) and the game will not let her log back in. It keeps saying it loses connection with the server after attempting to re-log. On my client it says she is still logged into Pagos, a good 12+ hours later.

She is able to log in as other characters on other worlds, but her main is unable to log in because the game still thinks she is in Pagos (somehow). How long does it take for the game to auto-log her out of that instance so that she can log in again? She opened a support ticket with SE, but so far, no response.

Just wanted to come on here and see if anyone had similar experiences.

When a character is stuck in game, it usually takes about 24 hours for the system to log the character out.
