My first move would be to decouple weapon stances with gender. Really no reason to lock weapon stances behind gender.
Next I would fix Male Miqo'te hands/fingers.

I am not sure if it is like this for all races and genders but it drives me absolutely apeschite that the index finger is longer than all the other fingers on my character. It makes her hands look disproportionately large; like she can rip a lobster in half with them. There's probably some reason why they did that, but that reason eludes me.

There is actually a reason, or so I've heard. The WoL has larger than average hands so they can hold all weapons easily. I've noticed that all player characters do appear to have larger than average hands...and of course NPCs use the same models for the most part, so everyone in Eorzea has giant lobster-rippers.I am not sure if it is like this for all races and genders but it drives me absolutely apeschite that the index finger is longer than all the other fingers on my character.
