Acturally doing a server like this is a good idea they could add more adult mode into game settings like gore mode damn i want see blood guts every were ... along with smoking etc

That’s not how a content rating system works. If that content is anywhere in the game, the whole game gets the higher rating (which the writers are being very careful to avoid as it is). The servers don’t get to set special exemptions for themselves.
