If thats the case se owes us all our money back and make the game free 2 playRegardless freedom of speech does not apply to any online game (or even online service) because you are abiding by terms of service, not constitutaional law. Those providing the service have the right to exclude you for any reason and literally create any rules they like.

Se does not owe us anything. They can change the TOS as they see fit. If they decided to end the servers tommorow they could do that as well. The only thing we can do is have proper discussions on the forums about the issue and protest with our wallets if need be.

You don't need a signature for online games. If there is evidence that you played the game, and they have terms and conditions that you have to agree to before playing, then that's enough.
I know for some legal stuff where I live, you don't always need a signature for it to be upheld, as long as there is evidence that you agreed to it (like text messages, emails, recordings, etc.)

Exactly you i never agreed 2 anything my cat howeverYou don't need a signature for online games. If there is evidence that you played the game, and they have terms and conditions that you have to agree to before playing, then that's enough.

No it can't. You do not own ffxiv. SE does. You own a license. A license that SE can revoke from you and change the terms of any time they see fit.

That is why i said you can protest with your wallet. If you disagree with these new terms then cancel your subscription, and only if enough people did the same would SE have to take action
...unless you're holding any SE-stocks you dont own anything in this regards (maybe besides any physical items you have, like a game-CD or a CE of any of the games).
There is no argument to be won here - by playing the game you agree to the ToS and to Ses right to change them if they see fit. Doesnt matter that they have a signature, they dont need one. You playing the game is enough.
