Do you mean an expansion of the /isearch function? Because it tells us all of that other then Alts (Which are not so necessary in comparison)

Yeah, I mean an expansion - like your music search bars. You type "k" and it starts sorting, "u", further, "po" and now you only see items with the word kupo in it, and it starts showing results from other locations (at least the WoW mod I used WAAAY back when did, not sure what they have now).

In this way you don't do any silly game of unix in your chat . I know about the right click / chat command - I still miss my autocomplete bar that also works inside the inventory and pulls from many locations (narrowing down the shown items in order as you type, not showing it in chat like /isearch does) lol.

Mostly because to me it's a smoother experience, helpful if I don't remember the exact spelling (visual feedback to what you typed, and you might recognize icons as you type), and adds (for myself) better functionality as I can see quantities and locations faster as well as grab the items its narrowed down right then in there rather than looking for tab X (well you can grab them so long as they were actually on you, in the mod they were colored differently to show they were located else where if not on you - like in the bank or whatever).

Although don't get me wrong, I do use the feature now - I just .. well I just miss the mod still (autocomplete sorting inventory my bae).
