90002, 90006 errors

I have posted on here in the past about 90002 errors, where the game just dies instantly and leaves your character stuck in for a bit. While no fix was ever put in place I just gritted my teeth with it. Then i decided to try using a VPN to play and it worked excellently for a month until yesterday when the 90002 errors started to occur again even using wtfast. The difference also this time is the dc's occur ouside of dungeons/raids/instances whereas previous it used to be only confined to instanced areas. I have changed nothing on my hardware or internet since then and my internet remains connected with no errors on other programs like discord and other games I play.
I have done everything that has been put up here including port forwarding, internet explorer adjustments, as well as other things.
Right now im at a bit of a loss on what to do, just hope a fix comes soon for this, which has been going on for over a year now for me

What kind of connection do you have? Are you using WIFi or are you using an Ethernet cable? Also when you say the game dies, does it close out at all or does it freeze? Additionally, is there only one character that gets stuck? Does this happen with multiple characters?

I use a wired connection, the game just either cut outs and goes straight back to the title screen or all actions stop for a time then it errors out to the title screen, happned with at least two characters on the same server

I am having the same issue. My character has been stuck for 24 hours in a dungeon and it's been more than 24 hours now of it being stuck with a 90002 error
I can get on an alt but can not get on my character on any platform at all

I havent had the 24hour stuck issue, i feel for you with that, i just keep constantly hammering the login button trying to get in.

The 90002/6 erros keep occuring for me, this is now a week or so, and now on top of that i get some bad latency lag, like last night in the lighthouse, the game would freeze up for anywhere from 5 - 10secs then everything would rush to catch up, this has started to happen iun the past couple of days with no change to anything on my system

How often does the disconnections occur? Do you notice any patterns to the disconnection and the lag (location in-game, time of day you are playing, etc.)?

You also mentioned using a VPN, does having it on or off make any difference?

Having the same problem for a year already, for me 90002 happens always in POTD when I'm playing Solo and some days it happens twice or thrice within a short period of time. I started first playing on NA and then moved to JP but it made no difference, this week I moved to EU that's suppsoed to be the best from my location and although I get no lag of any kind, I still get these 90002 errors, they actually occur more often than when I was on JP or NA. Often it happens as soon as I enter a new floor in POTD. I tried at any time of the day, at night too I assumed it would be the best time to avoid connection issues since the servers would be underpopulated but it makes no difference. There are no lag lagspikes or any kind of visible signs prior to the 90002 errors, it's like the server kicks me out instantly.

Today though I noticed something new, right after I entered the passage and moved to the next floor, my character was inside a non-entrance room. The entrance room of each floor is always a large area without pillars or obstacles, this time it was a random cave with central rock column like those you see everywhere between floors 21 and 30 (I think I was entering floor 24 iirc). It disconnected me with 90002 as soon as the game loaded the new floor with the abnormal entrance room. I've already wrote a long report out of frustration to the support center but after a day I received no reply. Consider this happened to me when I was on floor 115th once... and I had started from floor 1 not 51, I almost canceled my sub in rage. I would probably lose my mind if a 90002 happened on 199.

My connection is 4G but it's the best ISP of my country and the speed is 10/5 which should be more than enough for any MMO. I never get any lag.
