Who We are
At our core, Fireproof is a group of friends who are committed to the shell and to succeeding in endgame content together. We are looking for members who are committed to our shell and who will prioritize our events. Our main focus is primal battles, instanced raids, and strongholds/coffer runs. We also strongly support our crafters, and do what we can to help them (such as hunt NMs for drops they need, for example).

We are not an exclusive linkshell; meaning that we do not require our members to have just our shell and no others.This is because we know everyone has friends in other shells and we don't want to force anyone to have to leave those shells. However, we need our members to prioritize our events. Therefore, Fireproof must be our members’ only endgame shell. Other social/RP shells are fine, as long as those events do not conflict with Fireproof event times.

We are not elitist; we foster an attitude of kindness, encouragement, praise, and support. We are here to help our members, build friendships, excel at our jobs/classes, and overcome endgame content together, as a team. While friendship is the main emphasis of our shell, our second highest priority is being the absolute best we can be at our preferred jobs/classes. We do not approach endgame with lukewarm attitude. We strive to excel and improve constantly, and help our members to do so as well.

We are also more than happy to help our members with other aspects of the game, including achievements, company seals, seasonal events, spiritbonding, and anything else we can help with as a shell.

Fireproof Rules
Our most important rule is respect and kindness for each other. The most important aspect of our shell is that we are friends who stick together, not only when things are going well, but even when things aren’t easy. We have eachothers’ backs.

Therefore, if someone breaks this rule, we will not hesitate to remove them from the shell. We normally have a 3 strikes and you’re out policy, but we have zero tolerance for rude/mean people. However, we always do our best to be fair and impartial, and will hear both sides of any incident before taking action.

How to Apply
Please visit our website and fill out an application on the Recruitment tab: http://fireproof.guildwork.com/

After you submit an application to Fireproof, we will contact you in-game and pearl you to Fearless. Our process is to first invite to our social shell, Fearless. There are no minimum requirements to join Fearless. After a maximum of 2 weeks, we will invite you to Fireproof, if the minimum standards are met.
