We do lots of crazy stuff like having foot races around Mor Dhona, fishing contests, etc. We do raid but when we go everyone takes turns. If taking turns with less skilled players will drive you crazy, then we are not the right group.
We are GLBT friendly. We do not care what levels you have. New players are considered an asset.
