I don't know what you're doing honestly for chocobo racing queues to that that long actually. If I click the Party Member racing, it pops instantly. If I pick the regular races, then it just take like 20-30 seconds to give other people time to queue up.

The fact it's taking you 5 minutes to get into Air Force one, that sounds like your net might be the issue..?
