    Duty finder has stopped working on Chaos now too. There's loads of people trying to get into Eureka and nothings happening.

    Yeah, just adding to the above in that Chaos is being true to its name. Did manage to queue for a normal dungeon duty, and was a bit iffy (but did actually manage to fire the dungeon after a few moments of the commence screen... hanging, I suppose is the best way to put it). But yes, Chaos is feeling under the weather too.
