Add in 1 map downthump

So um can we get a down thumb system for each roulette type <not main though> we get 2 select 1 of the maps 2 down thump so we wont get that one

The duty roulettes' purpose is to fill spots in instances that are needed, sometimes with players that need that dungeon to continue the story. Your suggestion undermines the roulette's purpose.
