If a 4 man lv65 premade queues for leveling and has to get dropped into Sastasha then so do you.

This could work, the game has plenty of terrible leveling dungeons nobody wants to see, so it still wouldn't kill the roulette since not every single player would select the same dungeons to blist. I'd pick the fan favourite AV and copperbell
Theres what 2-4 thoysand ppl on the database for the roulette a majority wouldn't use it on the same dungeon even if they did new ppl would get in at same pace if 1 new person enters game 4 others at least do on same database
That's really not how it's going to work.
Let's say a new dps is queueing for Sastasha and need people from the leveling roulette queue. The tank - already a rare resource - marked Sastasha as their 'ew, no' dungeon. But that tank is #1 in queue and there's also a healer. so instead of finally getting their queue to pop after about half an hour of waiting, that poor newbie dps has to stand there while the tank steals the healer and two other dps to something that isn't Sastasha.
DPS queues become even longer for dungeons that are mandatory either for MSQ or other content like GC ranks.
Will that newbie dps get in eventually? Yeah, from the mentor roulette. And there goes the Mentor who insta-bailed because they don't wanna do Sastasha, either.
tl;dr your suggestion is bad and you should feel bad, before we even get to the needless complications this would introduce to the matchmaking system. Don't wanna run those dungeons? Skip the roulette or take the penalty.

Dude of we could deal with it when arr first came out then there no reason they cant also not everyone would bail from the same dunguon allowing ppl 2 down thump one total would be a reasonable thing lol which they need 2 do or triple the reward than it currently is

I play all three roles, will usually sit back and help players who need the help or are struggling, and have friends, my own FC, and about 4 discords whom I can reliably ask help from if I need a queue/replacement filled. Remind me again about waiting some extra time?
