Feedback to Prohibited Activities and Account Penalty Policy

I made a post in the general discussion thread; however, I feel that a more detailed post here is appropriate for feedback to SE.

My personal feedback: I am in firm opposition to the stance you (SE) have taken in regards to these policy changes. Referencing your reason for these "significant" changes in policy:

"However, times have changed and although FINAL FANTASY is an MMORPG, it is now our belief that it is better for the community as a whole for us to “intervene in situations where a player is subjected to the abusive behavior of another player,” rather than “worrying about inhibiting communication between players.”"

-How have times changed? The past 5 years of this game has been successful and provided an extremely positive, polite, and growing playerbase. By your past policies, the response to in game quarrels resolved themselves in peaceful manners. Interactions between players were open and conducive to a maturing community. Your belief will / has inhibit player communication and thereby player growth. This is absolutely the wrong decision to make.

--Example: Look at the forums now. There are extremely subjective cases of disagreements and forms that those disagreements are being made. All of which, given the right angle, could be reportable.

--Solution: Please rollback to the original policies and discuss with your GM team to be more proactive in the "other severe" cases that you had listed before.
