Crashing while entering specific instances with no error code

So yeah I'm having a similar issue, which I used to not have. This issue only started up after the 4.5 patch, never had any problems before that. In fact it started getting worse since the new 4.55 patch. So I have a screen shot of the errors I get when I port to Coerthas Central Highlands, so far this is the only zone I'm having issues with, but I'm to scared to go to any other zones.

After the game closes and I restart the game, I do fine in Coerthas Central Highlands. I can gather what I need there and port out, but when I port there again I get the same crash every time. So the issue does lie with that zone for sure.

Yeah, I've been getting that same error pop up but it started when I entered Hydatos. Now it's all the time every few minutes into the game, making it unplayable. I've even reinstalled the game, twice and updated my graphics drivers but still I get this same error/crash.
