Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Can you describe how the game is crashing? Does it simply close and return to the desktop? Do you see a black screen or any graphical glitches as it crashes?

After you switched GPUs, did you delete the drivers for the GTX 950?

Have you installed the game on a different Hard Drive, or only the SSD? When you reinstalled, did you delete the locally saved data (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). This isn't deleted during a standard reinstall.

You can also try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.

I understand that you feel that the GPU isn't the issue (and it doesn't sounds like you have any issues elsewhere), but is it possible to reinstall the GTX 950 to see if you get similar results?

I'm sorry if you have tried some of these already, I imagine you have tried a few things after you posted this.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
