    Game freezes and then crashes

    I have an issue when i play ffxiv, the game just freezes for a second, and then closes/crashes, there are no errors and it happens randomly

    I play on a desktop here are the specs:

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Where in game does the crash occur? Does it happen when the game launcher is first booted? Carousell , please provide a system report by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
    Could you also provide a screen shot of the crash?
