For the past two weeks I have been doing nothing but fixing one issue with FFXIV just so another one pops up, it got to a point where I can't exactly play the game right now other than logging in and doing basic stuff.
I suppose a backstory first is necessary;
I've recently upgraded from a GTX 950 to an RX 580, After which, I've had gray-screen freezes after couple minutes of idling, Which i've eventually fixed by getting rid of the AMD utility and letting the card run as its intended. This was the first day of install so it was natural there'd be troubleshooting.
Afterwards, my game ran perfectly as intended until the next day,I've especially made it not limit the fps when on background, and kept FFXIV on for ~9 hours ,so essentially the card was max load for almost half a day.
Following the next day , after long sessions of gaming (6 to 7 hours of the game being open and running even when AFK.), I would have very random and regular DX11 crashes until i restart my computer, which would fix it for a good amount of time till it happens again.
Now up until this point I'd assume it was the GPU being bad, and i would just return it,
But i didn't exactly want to scratch out any other possibilities, I've ran furmark with my new graphics card for an hour, with no single flickering or crash, or overheating, the card stayed around 60 C without any issues, and i've also played several other titles (Dark Souls 3, Warframe, Nier Automata, etc.)without any form of issue, So I am almost %100 positive that this is an issue with the FFXIV client.
Fed up with this, I've formatted my entire computer, and ran FFXIV again after reinstalling all the drivers and required applications. For the most part, I don't think i've seen any Dx11 crashes again. But there was something new that was far worse.

Now on to the problem I am currently having.
Whenever I try to enter the following instances, the game simply stops responding, and basically crashes with no error code, no explanation, basically nothing.
-The Orbonne Monastery
-Alphascape v 1.0 (Savage)
The crash happens in middle of the loading screen, And I am not able to login back to the game until I'm either kicked out or the instance ends and i am returned back to the place I was once again.
The one thing that sucks badly about this is also that, I can't exactly try fixes and test it out without ruining the queues for other players, which is something I really do not wish to do so.
So I pretty much am locked away from doing majority of "end game" content I was doing regularly in this game.
Before Ive formatted my windows and reinstalled the client, I've did Alphascape v 1.0 (Savage) on my new GPU without any issues.

The possible solutions I have tried with no success, and some information about my system.
Specs
Intel Core i7 3770 (Non-K)
12 GB Hi-Level 1333 Mhz DDR3 (8+4)
MSI ZH77A-G41 Motherboard
Sapphire NITRO+ RX 580 4GB
Seasonic 620w 80+ Bronze
Hi Level 120 GB SSD (FFXIV's installed here.)
A 500 Gig and a 320 Gig HDD
Windows 10 Pro
Temperature levels are just fine, My i7 is locked, and even so, is cooled by a dual fan Corsair H45.
The gpu temps are just fine aswell, the fan curve keeps it at around 60 degrees.
I have a fresh new client, Doesn't have any third app software running through/with it.
*I am running every component at their stock speeds, no component has ever been tuned with.(Aside from the factory clock speeds of my RX 580.)
-Trying it in DirectX 9.0
-Running the game in windows 7-8 compatibility.
-Getting rid of RivaTuner for the overlay.
-Getting rid of the Windows game overlay.
-Getting rid of the Steam overlay.
-Getting rid of the Discord overlay.
-Removing old drivers with DDU ,Reinstalling
-Downgrading Drivers
-Reinstalling Drivers
-Reinstalling Windows
-Reinstalling FFXIV's Client
-Cranking down the graphics settings to the absolute lowest.
-Installing DirectX manually.
-Try out a single ram stick instead of my admittedly weird config
-Disable iGPU that's being used for the second monitor, just run ffxiv with a single display
-Re-seat gpu
-Run in windowed mode
So far none of these seemed to fix my issue, and this is getting beyond frustrating to a point where it turned the game into idling in one of the main cities or doing old content.
And once again, I restate, I've stress tested the card in applications and played several other games for long periods, so I'm completely positive this isn't an issue about the new GPU being faulty/bad.

I'd really appreciate any kind of suggestions or possible solutions.
#Edit1 : Added a few more things I've tried today, didn't work
