Hello forum crew! I saw the policy changes with patch 4.55, and while they mostly made me very happy, I had one concern. On larger servers, when a house is demolished and the plot goes on the timer, a small crowd can gather of players trying to get the plot right when the timer comes off.

Unfortunately, I've spotted players continuing to click the housing placard hours after they bought the house, which is an indication they were botting. With the new policy, suspected botters can be investigated by the GM team and duly punished. If a player is focused on their task, however, they can be suspected of botting at the placard. My worry is if they're reported on these suspicions and a GM goes to investigate, the house could sell in the meantime.

Therefore, my idea is a feature for GMs to "pause" the timer on housing while they investigate a player who is trying for the plot. It wouldn't take very long for a player to respond and prove their innocence, and this way they wouldn't risk losing the placard race. Thank you for your consideration!
