Error with Missing quest

Did you do Ifrit, Garuda and Titan hard mode?

I think the skip potion doesn't mark them as cleared to unlock this quest.

All three are done, i rebember doing titan hard twice to make sure, ifrit done, and garuda. Did all 3 to get him ready for the EX's

I remember going through them right after another titan, garuda,ifrit, grabbed coil, and went and did it. Came back to waking sands to pick up the ex's and it wasnt there. Did titan again as a 2man, cleared it again... nope

I guess it's a bug then.
I did a test with an alt and I got both quests (Primal Awakening and Primal Nature) unlocked after Titan hard mode.

Thats not there we checked that first. Then looked for primal nature. Since Gridania was his return aetheryte.

I think you don't need to run the hard modes again since you got the "Primal Awakening" quest to unlock the Coil without problems.
Titan HM should unlock both quests at the same time.

Try to contact in game a GM through the support desk. They can see if there's anything locking your character.
I hope you solve this problem as soon as possible to enjoy Garuda/Ifrit/Titan EX.
