Oh god can we stop with the fearmongering, catastrophizing and overall use of buzzwords? You aren't gonna get banned for speaking. Unless you are spitting some truly toxic vitriol at people in chat or just flat out being racist or the like. No, you aren't going to get banned for asking someone to use shield oath, you aren't gonna get banned for merely talking. Is there some vagueness that should get cleared up or more clealry defined? Absolutely! But nothing even remotely suggests you are gonna get a instant perma ban cause you entered a dungeon and said "Hi."

It is fearmongering though. "Ooooh, don't speak! Else you'll trigger the SjWs and get perma banned!" I mean really? This is basic fearmongering. Also, I think it's less your dark RP and talk about manga and more your attitude that's gotten you in trouble.
