Without the tool though, FFLogs would be empty.
Yeah, the website is fine, but if nobody can use the tool without breaking the ToS, then the website itself is useless. Unless you really want to risk years of work just to parse your DPS....
I, for one, wouldn't but meh. That's just me.
Wow ok can you go ahead make this a solo game just add trust system that or add the pvp chat function this is just umm wow!
"Quick chat" from the feast being the only chat when ? I wish I could say those changes are ridiculous but they're not. They're really scary and knowing how some people who play this game are, I will prolly not talk to any stranger in duty finder anymore. Thanks SE.
I already stated that I used to report similar behavior whenever I saw it occurring in zones but I never received a response from the GM team for any of these reports, so I don't even know if they care. I mean, I don't need a "thank you" or a pat on the back, but a least some sort of confirmation of receipt so I'd know the information has at least been filed. ofc, it required extra effort on my end since I play on PS4 and apparently you can include screenshots or chat log snippets on your reports on PC. PS4 doesn't have that feature, so I was taking screenshots, then going between the game and my screen capture folder to refer to the images so I could get the names written correctly in my report.
tl;dr Don't Bother
p.s. Game not on right now... but it's under the System tab on the far right, think there is "Contact ____" sub menu that opens another tab for sending reports. iirc, there are also options to report bugs and other problems too.
Does this also mean I can report people who call me elitist because I suggest they should improve their skills before they go into high end content and that no one has the obligation to carry them through content or sit in dungeons for 40 minutes? I find that very emotionally distressing.
Does this mean that if we tell a dps player in 380 gear who's doing 4k dps to learn to play his job better we'll be reported? Is saying ''learn to play your job'' a bannable offense now?
I mean, things are really getting ridiculous.

According to the new TOS, yes, they can report you. You are trying to "compel a playstyle."Does this also mean I can report people who call me elitist because I suggest they should improve their skills before they go into high end content and that no one has the obligation to carry them through content or sit in dungeons for 40 minutes? * According to how people are interpreting the new TOS.
Which overall is being done in some clearly exaggerated ways to prove a point, instead of just pointing out the issues and waiting to see if we get a dev response.

Man, I have a feeling that "Get Woke, Go Broke" will be a thing in SE's future.
Yes to both.Does this also mean I can report people who call me elitist because I suggest they should improve their skills before they go into high end content and that no one has the obligation to carry them through content or sit in dungeons for 40 minutes? By the loosest interpretation of these new rules, if they call you elitist then they are using "Discriminatory expressions based on race/nationality/thinking/gender/sexual orientation/gender identity" because you "think" they need to improve their skills. But at the same time you are also compelling them to play a certain way so they can report you. Better report them first then and hope you can spin your side of the story better.
