    Relics were supposed to be the way for casuals to sloooooowly get the same ilvl as the hardcore raiders...then they added a hardcore raiding step. I guess it will get easier as people grind the 1st boss enough for max elemental gears?

    The Arsenal is related to neither Eureka's story nor the relic. Plenty of folks in my linkshell getting their 405s without setting foot in there.
