It's 380, but with five slots it might as well be 390, so a bump in ilvl is going to bring it up to the level of the best armor available.

Well, there's still no eureka accessories, not the same kind as the armor anyway, but accessories give the lowest stats anyway so sticking to genesis accessories wont make or break anyone.
