...honestly under those circumstances its more a case of "tank NOT pulling (within a timely manner)" and not so much "Healer pulling".

Its obviously the tanks job to pull the boss, but the tank also has to do that job. Now, I cant tell wether or not its a good idea to put Earthly Star down at the beginning of a fight, but 20 seconds til it goes off are way than enough for the tank to engage the boss. There is nothing that annoys me more than tanks standing infront of a boss, but arent pulling (unless ofc there is some sort of reason, like someone said "brb").

The healer shouldnt have pulled the boss, because a tank should have done so way before Earthly Star went off.
