Had a healer that kept pulling immediately when I'd hit the 15 second countdown in a 24 man. It's not like I was dawdling at a tank; I'd start the timer just as I got to the boss's arena so we weren't just waiting around. It was frustrating to have the WHM just run up and Swiftcast > Aero III before it hit even 10 seconds on the timer. I get that it's a 24 man, but some people still like doing their openers in even 'casual' content.
