That's such an easy fix though. Make the in game parser only parse yourself and no one else. Keep the policy where if you grief others over their dps then you get banned/punished. Done!
This has also been brought up - devs don't want to take the chance of anyone reverse engineering it and making it so that it will show everyone's parse.
