    Trait: Enhanced Provoke

    As the description of Enhanced Provoke states, this trait adds Attack Down effect to Provoke. However, this is not a 1:1 case so I'm wondering if it's working as intended (so the description should reflect that "chance to add Attack Down effect") or not.

    Good question. I assume it's like any added debuff though and is working as intended.
