    Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Techinical support forums.

    The error you are describing happens when there is a problem connecting to the game. What kind of connection set up do you have? Are you connected via WIFI or Ethernet cable? Has this happened in the past at all? What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?
