    Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    What kind of connection do you have? Are you using WIFi or are you using an Ethernet cable? Also when you say the game dies, does it close out at all or does it freeze? Additionally, is there only one character that gets stuck? Does this happen with multiple characters?

    I use a wired connection, the game just either cut outs and goes straight back to the title screen or all actions stop for a time then it errors out to the title screen, happned with at least two characters on the same server
