Yet I've been able to do runs with friends in about 12-15 minutes a run, so if we really needed gear we'd say who wanted what first off, then just do a few runs together. And it's the chests before the first boss that always drop potions. It's not hard to do. Plus if you REALLY need crafted gear, just take some of the tombstones you've collected, buy the materials for the crafted stuff, and find someone to make them. There's a lot of people willing to make gear for you if you have the mats.
