If they ordered two+ copies of the game it groups them in the same spot. I ordered 3 copies (mine, hubby, and an alt acct) and each gets its own code so 3 codes are listed. This doesnt show that they got a freebie necessarily.

I'm having issues where my pre-order code isn't working. I went through the special site and entered it fine, then followed the steps for the mog station part. It gets rejected at that point, saying it's invalid. Can we only enter it March 1st or later there? Or were other people able to enter it fine?

There's 2 different places for item codes in the mogstation. Did you try both?

Maybe by 7.0, Square will have refined their purchasing process so that you don't have to juggle codes across 2-3 different sites.

Yeah, tried both. I copy-pasted it and tried hand typing it, and I'm still getting the code is invalid. I got the digital collector's edition, though I doubt that matters with the pre-order code.

Also sorry for taking the thread for my own question. Is anyone else having an issue getting the code to work on the mog station? If other people have been able to submit them fine, then I guess it's on my end.

Just asking are u trying to use the code from the store page on Moogstation? if so u need to go on this site https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/en and use the code from the store there. then u get a code to use on the moogstation

humm could be that was an issu with the moogstation but mine worked just fine yesterday when i put mine inn. now comes a stupit question did u use uppercase or lowercase

Another thing did u buy from the right store im asking because of this on the redeem site:This pre-order code will only work on European Square Enix accounts and will not work on accounts from a different region


Aslo just was on the moogstation now and on my screen there is only one place to put in the code now could be because i have already put in but now i have only the item code button not the for the preorder
