Actually, it would be the same price if they didn't include them. Heavsward was 40 at launch for example, and it did not include ARR.

This is just them being nice, and only making new players pay for the base game and the most recent expansion to get all of the content.

If it's suppose to be nice for new player and giving away free that heavensward and Stormblood for new players. the prices is only for shadowbringer. I would accept and think it's nice.
If that was their thinking. I guess I have no more objection XD. I will pay. ( It is always nice to see new players to join the community, so free for them on the previous version is really great )

The other thing I would want to ask is. The mount and minion is useable right now after I apply the code or still got to wait until pre-launch then I can apply?

Have to wait until launch for the mount and the Wind-Up Fran. The pre-order items (Baby Gremlin and Aetheryte Earring) will be available sometime in March if you register your pre-order bonus code.

I was in the same boat for about 30 min before I then received the confirmation e-mail and it finally showing up on my Orders page.

So don't be scared. Seems it's just taking the orders a while to process, probably cause of the heavy traffic.

It took me awhile to get my order through when the preorders went live. I was logged in and everything but the site kept freezing up which led me to log in and out repeatedly...and the farthest I could get is adding things to my cart. After awhile I couldn't even log in. About 20 minutes later I was able to get my order processed, and even made changes to my order, with little to no issues.

It took about 20-30 min for my email to come through. Then I had to do some verification process which completed the order.
