Shadowbringers pre-order?

I'm looking where to order Shadowbringers pre-order - standard edition.
Today, right? Anybody seen it yet?

And, I've not seen confirmation that the earrings will be delivered to all toons on my account. That's what we expect, right?

Also, to clarify, NA pre-orders aren't up yet; they're due around 11am PST (presuming they become available at the same time as the CE pre-orders).

Edit: Steam pre-orders are up now, though it doesn't look like it's up in the SE store yet.

Yep. Saw the date for the in-game stuff. And all toons too, right?

Unfortunately, I can't find any fine print that confirms whether or not they'll apply to all characters. I think the Ala Mighan Earrings applied to all characters, though, so I'd assume something similar here.

Just got through the pre-order process. Had to do it twice. Called credit card company. First time was for $0 and didn't go through. 2nd time it appears to have worked. Got congratz screen but still no email and does not appear on website under orders. Looks like their store server is overwhelmed. Sigh.

I think I have it. And hope I don't have two copies.

It took mine an hour to appear on my account's order screen, and I still haven't gotten the email for it yet. They're definitely just overloaded right now.
