From what I can see, there is no Digital collector's edition for PS4 on the EU website.
Perhaps try the PS store?
Digital collector's edition for PS4 would be on Ps Store not the enix store and it could be that it will not be on it until Feb 7

Stop preordering.
Regular games: I agree, see what they look like first.
MMO expansions: I mean you're already paying for the sub, it'd be a shame if you couldn't actually play the latest content. If you know you're going to be playing it, because you know, it's an MMO and that's how they work, then by all means pay the inevitable now instead of later and get more for your money.
It will probably comes 2-3 months before release. Cause in the past they had a crap ton of issue with SB pre-orders from PS store (Their order not showing, themes not downloading or pre-order timer/ item not working).
It was bad...
It's on the PS4 EU store now ... and it cost's 10€ more then the PC version ... and you have to pay immediately.
So, I will *not* preorder it now and just buy it shortly before the early access, this is a really bad deal.
Exactly what I was thinking! :/
But rather wanting a physical copy of the game, upgrading the standard to collector's edition later on mogstation will be possible, right? Price will be about the same as the digital version...

To be honest, on previous expansions it was enough to have a single expansion on Collector's and you would automatically get collector's bonuses even if you bought standard version of new one. A friend of mine bought ARR collector's and HW & SB a standard version and yet she still had all collector's bonuses. So I guess they will not change this "routine".. hopefully.
